I decided to do the buttonhole technique because I wanted to keep sensation of my nipples. I also got lipo included around my chest, and added lipo of my chin/neck area. I had a few complications but due to other medical conditions they were expected and easily resolved. I'm a bigger guy and also wanted some tissue left for symmetry. Things are finally settling.
