I decided to do the buttonhole technique because I wanted to keep sensation of my nipples. I also got lipo included around my chest, and added lipo of my chin/neck area. I had a few complications but due to other medical conditions they were expected and easily resolved. I'm a bigger guy and also wanted some tissue left for symmetry. Things are finally settling. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Vega and her staff. She took her time to educate me and make sure that i had realistic ecxpectations. The office staff answered questions and are always friendly. The nurses respond promptly with any concerns that you have. Can not recommend enough!
